Obituary of Mark Daniel Melvin

Melvin, Mark Daniel – It is with sadness that the family of Mark Melvin announce, his death, that occurred unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 in Edmonton, AB. He was born on November 28, 1973 in Saint John to Ella (Hayward) Kelly and the late David Melvin. Besides his mother Ella, Mark is survived by three sons: Riley, Connor, and Dawson; two daughters: Kerri-Anne and Skyler; one sister: Stacey Melvin (Alex Young); three brothers: Stephen Lavoie (kelly), Michael (Melanie) and Paul “PJ” Melvin; two stepbrothers: Brian and Ralph Dorbyson; maternal grandmother Dorothy Buchenel; stepfather Ralph Dorbyson; Ella’s husband Howard Kelly and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was loved by all his family, who will miss him considerably. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at 1 pm. Interment in Christ Church Cemetery in Bloomfield, NB.
