Obituary of David Charles Beck

It is with heavy hearts the family of David Beck, loving husband to Brenda Raeburn and husband of the late Nancy (Tait) Beck, announces his passing, which occurred on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at his residence. Born in Saint John on October 11, 1948, he was a son of the late Charles and Pauline (Olver) Beck. He will be missed by his wife, Brenda Raeburn; his son Christopher Beck (Samantha Garnett); grandchildren Abigail Beck and Madison Maughan; his twin brother Douglas Beck (AnneMarie Brideau); stepchildren Kirk, Nikki, Robbie, Kari and Troy; step grandchildren Rawnie, Kirk Jr., Jessie, Nic, Taylor, Landen, Bear and Moxley. In addition to his parents and wife, David was predeceased by a sister, Bonita Nickerson. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visiting on Monday, April 6, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A celebration of David’s life will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 10:00 am from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. A private family interment will take place at Fernhill Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances made to any charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
