Obituary of Deborah Arlene Lee

The death of Deborah Lee of Nerepis, cherished wife of Gordon Lee occurred on Sunday, January 19, 2014, at Bobby’s Hospice. Born in Saint John on October 21, 1951, she was the daughter of Almeda (Parks) Rogers of Saint John and the late Christopher Rogers. In addition to her husband and mother, Debbie is also survived by daughters, Candace Lee of Saint John, Jennifer Lee-Caissie (Brian) and Angela Doucette (Charles) both of Nerepis; sister, Eva Sears of Vancouver; brothers, Brian Rogers (Monique) of Saint John and Terry Rogers (Kerry) of Vancouver; grandchildren, Robert Lee (Kari), James Lee, Michael Doucette, Pierre-Luc Losier, Sarah Lee and Angelle Caissie; great-grandchildren, Nathaniel and Christian; brothers-in-law, Glen Lee of Grand Bay-Westfield and Hilton Lee (Gail) of Lorneville; special friends, Leo, Mitchell and Zack Lowe and Mike Wallace; many aunts, uncles and cousins; several nieces and nephews; as well as many dear friends. Besides her father, Debbie was also predeceased by her son, Mark; brother, David Rogers; grandson, Joshua McKinnon-Lee; grandfather, David Rogers; aunt, Leona Davenport; in-laws, Richard and Dorothy Lee; as well as brother-in-law, Bruce Lee. In keeping with Debbie’s wishes, no visitation or funeral service will be held. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424).
