Obituary of Nancy Jean Hoyt

It is with great sadness that the family of Nancy Jean Hoyt announces her death which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on January 25, 2015. She was a daughter of the late Frederick and Mary Jane (Oxford) Bond. Nancy enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, reading, playing scrabble, and her daily cribbage tournament, but most of all she enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Nancy will missed by her surviving family, her daughter Mary-Jane Hoyt (John) of Saint John; her grandchildren, Dennis Monteiro, Caitlyn Hamdi (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Ray-Shawn Monteiro and Lilly Chisholm and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Nancy is predeceased by her sisters Florence Sadler and Louise Williston, and her brother, Arthur Bond. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). A service to celebrate the life of Nancy will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 10 am.
