Obituary of Sheila Blanche Goddard

Sheila Blanche Goddard wife of Arthur Goddard passed away on March 19, 2015 at Loch Lomond Villa Nursing Home. Born on July 28, 1931 she was a daughter of the late Garnett and Dorothy (Price) Powell. Besides her husband, Arthur she is survived by her sisters, Doreen Forward, Saint John; Beryl Powell, Sussex; granddaughter, Krista (Michael) Webb, Hampton; great grandchildren, Isabelle and Nicholas Webb; sisters-in-law, Beulah Forsythe (Allison) and Vivian Williamson; son-in-law, Mel Craft; dear friends, Lil and Alfred Lebeau; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by daughter, Judy Craft; sister, Vi McIllwraith; brother, George Powell and brother-in-law, Raymond Forward. Visitation at Brenan’s Funeral Home (634-7424), 111 Paradise Row, Saint John on Sunday, March 22, from 1-4 PM. Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 23, at 10:00 am for Brenan’s Chapel. Donations in memory of Sheila, may be made to St. Mary's and St. Bartholomew’s Church or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
