Obituary of Brenda Lea Shuve

Brenda (MacNeill) Shuve, wife of Bill Shuve, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2014. Born in St. Catherines, PE on December 30, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Alice (Pilley) MacNeill. Prior to her retirement in 2005, Brenda worked as a Personal Banking Officer with the Bank of Nova Scotia for nearly 32 years. She loved spending time with her family, and her 2 granddaughters were her greatest joy in life. Besides Bill, her husband of 38 years, Brenda is survived by her son, Mark (Jacqueline); granddaughters: Morgan and Emerson; and her siblings: Kathy McColgan (Robert), Marilyn Clark (David), Jean Gould (Steve), Terry MacNeill, Gordan MacNeill (Doris), Chester MacNeill (Wilma), Everett MacNeill (June), Eileen Lunnie (Bob), and Myrtle MacNevin (Charles); and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, 634-7424, with visiting on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 2 pm from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery.
