Obituary of Michael Thomas Neill

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our only son, Michael Thomas Neill of Quispamsis, NB, occurred on Monday, December 28, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital after a courageous fight with H1N1. Born in Saint John on April 8, 1982 he was the son of Larry and Carolyn (Rattray) Neill. Michael played with the KV Minor Football League. Survived by his loving parents, Larry and Carolyn Neill of Quispamsis, NB; surrogate grandmother, Carol Barkus; one daughter, Victoria Neill of USA; one aunt, Eleanor Medford; several cousins and many special friends. Predeceased by his grandparents, George and Vera Neill and Frederick and Myrtle Rattray. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 31, 2009 from Brenan’s Chapel at 10:00 am. Interment in Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
