Obituary of Shirley Ann Logan

LOGAN, SHIRLEY ANN (ARSENAULT) It is with great sadness that the family of the late Shirley Logan announces her passing on Saturday, February 14, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born July 31, 1935 daughter of the late Alphonse and Anna (Cyr) Arsenault of Saint John, NB. She was married to the late Robert Elvin Logan. Shirley was as avid bingo player. Shirley is survived by her three sons; Gary and Rita, Edmonton AB., Bruce of Saint John, Gordon and May Ann of Saint John, three daughters; Shirley McCann, Gail Lynch and Jeff, Bonita Logan of Saint John. One sister Donna Butcher and Greg of Saint John, 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Shirley was predeceased by her husband Robert E. Logan, two brothers George and Ronnie, 6 sisters; Rhona McQuade, Verlyne Foote, Joan Lynch, Marie and Linda Arsenault and Doreen Bourque, three brothers in law; Gerald Bourque, Douglas Foote and Harold McQuade. One son in law Leo McCann. Although there will be no visiting friends are welcome to attend a memorial service to be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 11:30 AM from Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home Chapel, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (634-7424). Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or the Children’s Wish Foundation. www.brenansfh.com
