Obituary of Jane H. Lind

The death of Jane Harthorn Lind of Quispamsis, wife of John Lind, occurred unexpectedly on Monday, February 19, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John she was the loving daughter of Natalie H. (Jones) Noseworthy of Saint John and the late Very Rev. Donald Wilbur Noseworthy. Jane was a School Teacher for over 20 years at various local schools and was currently teaching grade 9 at Kennebecasis Valley High School. Her family was the most important part of her life and she was always willing to do anything for anyone. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by one son, Jamie Whittaker (Lana) of Saint John, two daughters, Heather Whittaker of Saint John and Kristin Whittaker of Riverview, two step-sons, Stefen Lind (Pamela) of Alaska and Britton Cooke of Massachusetts, USA, one step-daughter, Jennifer Kopy (Kevin) of Massachusetts, USA, one brother, John Noseworthy (Pat) of Rochester, Minnesota, six grandchildren, Jacob, Maria and Rachel, Gabriella, Tyler and Trevor and two nephews, Peter and Mark Noseworthy. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Wednesday 7-9 PM and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at St. George’s Anglican Church, on Friday, February 23, 2007 at 10:30 AM.
