Obituary of James Andrew Bradley

The death of James Bradley of Saint John occurred on Saturday, October 27, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on January 21, 1942, he was a son of the late James and Margaret (Haslett) Bradley. James had served with the Canadian Guards with the 1st and 2nd Battalion, ON in Cyprus. Following his tour in Cyprus he worked as a truck driver with several firms including Sunbury Transport in Fredericton and Trailwood Transport in Alliston, ON. Survived by his partner, Joanne Holliday; a sister, Mary Gorman (Harold) of Saint John; friend, Orpha Phippen of Riverview, NB, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother, David. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Tribute to a Veteran Service will be held on Monday evening at 7 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at 11 am.
