Obituary of Alice Margaret Logan

The death of Alice ‘Margaret’ Logan, wife of the late Frederick E. Logan, occurred on February 10, 2007 at St John & St. Stephen Church Home. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Thomas H. and Annie Maude (Ring) Henderson. She was a long time member of Main Street Baptist Church and belonged to the Agnes Waring Guild. She enjoyed dancing and was a member of the Beaus and Belles Square Dancing Club. Her greatest love in life was her family and she took great pride in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her son Paul and his wife Maureen of Quispamsis, brother Stuart and his wife Bernadine, grandchildren Heather Hall, Andrew and his wife Stephanie, Peter and his wife Tricia, great-grandchildren Carly, Madison, Matthew, Lydia, Leah and Max and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Brian, brothers Thomas and Freeman, and great-grandchildren Joshua Logan and Andrew Hall. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral will be held from Main Street Baptist Church on Tuesday at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. In lieu flowers remembrances to Canadian Cancer Society, the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
