Obituary of Debra Emma-Jane Brigley

The death of Debra “Debbie” Emma Jane (Saunders) Brigley, wife of Eldon Brigley Jr., occurred on Friday, April 30, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, on August 6, 1966, she was the daughter of June Saunders of Saint John and Clark Gilkes of the Miramichi. Debbie was a Technical Support Agent at Xerox for several years. Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by her step-mother, Blanche Gilkes, one son, Michael, one daughter, Ashley, both at home, half-brother, John Gilkes (Charlene), half-sister, Samantha McMullen (Neil), step-brother, Allan Stewart (Krista), step-sisters, Tammy Shakleton (James) and Tanya Farford (Dan), father-in-law, Eldon Brigley Sr. (Beth) of Quispamsis, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at Main Street Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 at 2:00 PM, followed by cremation. Remembrances to the charity of the donors' choice would be appreciated.
