Obituary of Ruth Madeline Moore

The death of Ruth Madeline Moore, of the Loch Lomond Villa, Saint John, wife of the late Russell C. Moore, occurred on Saturday, September 25, 2004 at her residence. Born on Jordan Mountain, NB, she was the daughter of the late William and Octava (Lisson) McFarlane. She is survived by two sons, Barry Moore (Paulette) and Gary Moore (Jean), one daughter Leah Janes (Dan), all of Saint John, one brother Ronald McFarlane of Saint John, seven grandchildren, Nicolas, Russell, Scott, Stefanie, Melissa, Geoffrey and Todd, two great grandchildren, Matthew and Isabelle, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother, R. Alden McFarlane and two sisters, Annie (O'Neill) Hawkins and Verna (Maber) Hart. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Sunday 7-9 PM and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held at Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at 2:15 PM. Interment in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances to the Saint John Alzheimer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated.
