Obituary of Marguerite Teresa Kelly
The death of Marguerite Teresa 'Peggy' Kelly, wife of the late Eugene F. Kelly, occurred on January 27, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born In Kings County, NB, she was the daughter of the late Harry L. and Margaret (McLaughlin) Ketchum. She was a long time member of St. Pius X Church, the North End Senior Citizens Club and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 69 Seniors Group. She enjoyed gardening, painting and crafts. She is survived by her sons Frank and his wife Janet of Darlings Island, Paul of Saint John, her daughters Pat Bacon and her husband Murray of Saint John, Kathy White and her husband Bob of Darlings Island, Monica Parlee and her husband Randy of Quispamsis, her brother Bob Ketchum of Hampton, her sisters Eileen Stanton and her husband Ed of Virginia, Betty Spear and her husband Charlie of Saint John, Sister Rose Ketchum, S.C.I.C, of Saskatchewan, her grandchildren; Kelly, Jennifer, Chris, Kerry, Krista, Kimberley, Karen, Madison, Ryan, Maggie, Jarod, Shannon, Aislinn, her step-grandchildren Sarah, Joey, her great-grandchildren Becky, Paige, Brandon, Blake, Logan and several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers George, Raymond, Tiny, Lenny, Willard and her sisters Joan Robichaud and Katherine and Helen Ketchum. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 31, 2005, at 10:00 AM, from St. Pius X Church. Interment will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Remembrances made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
