Obituary of Helen Louise Morrison

The death of Helen Morrison of Saint John, NB, in her 92nd year, wife of the late John R. Morrison, occurred on Saturday, March 5, 2005 at her residence. Born in Saint John, Helen was a daughter of the late Harry and Ida (Cox) Rinehart. She was a member of St. James Anglican Church (Lakewood), a former member of the Pythian Sisters, Moulson Temple, and enjoyed attending various seniors clubs with her husband. Survived by three brothers and one sister: Donald Rinehart, Gordon (Joan) Rinehart, Jean (Robert) Butler and Robert (Shirley) Rinehart, all of Saint John; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, John R. Morrison and brother, George “Bud” Rinehart. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, (506) 634-7424. At Helen's request there will not be any visitation. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at Fernhill Cemetery, proceeding from 200 Westmorland Road at 2 pm. Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
