Obituary of Marilyn Dorothy Gorman

The death of Marilyn Dorothy Gorman (Nelson) of Loch Lomond Rd., Saint John, NB, occurred on Saturday, December 11, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John she was a daughter of Mary Nelson of Saint John and the late Thomas Nelson. Marilyn had been employed for a number of years at the St. John and St. Stephen Nursing Home and had also worked as a Medical Secretary. Survived by her mother, Mary Nelson; three sisters, Mary Northrup, Theresa Whittaker and Tammy Nelson all of Saint John; one granddaughter, Courtney Morneau; two aunts, Theresa Smith and Violet McCracken; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 where a private family service will be held. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or a charity of the donor's choice.
