Obituary of Percy W. Blizzard

Blizzard, Percy (Whipper) W. ? Surrounded by his loving family, the death of Percy (Whipper) William Blizzard, husband of Joyce (Nesbitt) Blizzard, occurred on Saturday, March 26, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, he was a son of Isabel (Martin) and the late Percy M. Blizzard. Whipper owned and operated the Fairville Bottle Exchange. He is survived by three sons: Ricky, David (Theresa) Blizzard and Teddy Smith; two daughters Debra Blizzard and Linda McPhee; seven brothers: Donald, Murray (Geraldine), James (Norma), David (Deanna), John (Linda), Wayne (Pam) and Malcolm; six sisters: Joan (Buddy) Theall, Betty Ann (Lockie) Lamb, Jean (Ralph) Little, Nancy (Doug) Mowery, Gertrude (Chris) Roberts and Barbara (Bill) Koks; four grandchildren: Jonathan, Jeremy, Jillian and Kelly (Peter) Breau; two great-grandchildren Dante and Jayden; and was loved by his many nieces and nephews. Besides his father he was predeceased by two sons: John and Wade; one brother: Paul; three sisters: Mildred, Doreen and Mary. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visiting on Monday and Tuesday, March 28 & 29, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 2:15 pm. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB.
