Obituary of Dorothy E. Dallon

The death of Dorothy Elizabeth (Scullion) Dallon, age 94, of Gardners Creek, wife of the late Cecil Dallon, occurred on Saturday, November 20, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in French Village, NB, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Mabel (Langstroth) Scullion. Dorothy is survived by two daughters: Janice (Jim Rutledge) Jackson of Boutiliers Pt., NS, and Lois (Daryl) Moore of Hampton; three sisters: Mabel Long of Riverside, Albert Co., Emma McKay of Pennfield and Ella White of Saint John; five grandchildren: Christopher, Craig and Colin (Shelley) Moore, Sarah Mullaly and Jillian Jackson-Rutledge, several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by daughter May Mullaly, three brothers and three sisters. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7424) with visiting on Monday, November 22, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2004 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in St. Thomas' Anglican Church Cemetery, Black River,NB.
