Obituary of Delima Mary Ring

Age 101 of Saint John, passed away September 29, 2016 at The Church of St. John & St. Stephen Home. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late John and Gertrude (Arsenault) Connolly. She worked in California for 24 years for the Los Angeles Stamp and Stationary Co., returning to Saint John after her retirement. Del was a Parishioner of St. Mark’s Church and also a lifelong member of the Order of Eastern Start. Del was predeceased by her husband Walter Ring, brothers; Ronald, Loyd and sisters; Gertrude, Margaret, Irene, Bernice and Ruth. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at St. John & St. Stephen Home second floor for their care and kindness. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenans Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation on Monday, October 3rd, 2016 from 1pm – 2pm. A memorial service will take place at 2 pm at Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to a charity of Donor’s Choice.
