Obituary of Kenneth E. Loeman

Loeman, Kenneth Edward (1952-2012) – Surrounded by his family the death of Kenneth (Ken) Loeman, husband of Patricia "Pat" (Little) Loeman occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, June 26, 2012. He was born on January 8, 1952 in Saint John to Ruth (Grant) (Loeman) Hansen and the late Arnold Loeman. Ken started working with his father at the Admiral Beatty and then worked on the Princess of Acadia, Lone Water Farms and Safety Services at the SJRH. Ken is survived by his lifelong partner of 41 years, Pat and their sons, Ken Loeman Jr, and Mike Loeman, both of Saint John. He was blessed with 4 wonderful grandchildren: Daniel, Samantha, Devon, and Abby. He is also survived by his mother, Ruth (Loeman) Hansen (Annsfield Road, Victoria County) and 3 brothers: Herb (Saint John), Jack (Perth Andover) and Brian (Perth Andover). He was predeceased by his father, Arnold; his brothers: Billy, Donnie and Paul and sister, Sharon. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 12 noon with Msgr. Brian Sheehan officiating. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to a living memorial for Ken would appreciated by the family.
