Obituary of Travis Lorne LeRoy

The death of Travis LeRoy occurred by accident with his girlfriend and soul mate, Kim Friars in Sussex, NB on Sunday, February 13, 2011. He was born on March 1, 1990 in Saint John to Luke M. LeRoy and Karen D. (Benjamin) LeRoy. Travis loved to play his guitar, especially with his father and brother. He liked the water and being on it, enjoying fishing and lobster fishing. Travis was an avid outdoorsman and had a wonderful sense of humour. He was adored by every member of his family and will be sadly missed. Besides his parents, Travis is survived by his brother, Thomas L. LeRoy (Amanda) of St. Martins; maternal grandparents, Marilyn and David Benjamin; paternal grandmother, Myrtle LeRoy; nephew, Kaycon Badger of Alberta and many loving, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Kenneth LeRoy and cousins: Ryan and Chris Miller. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). Although there will be no visiting, relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at Garnett Settlement Christian Church, 661 Route 825, Garnett Settlement on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 11 AM. For those who wish, remembrances to Ridgewood Addiction Services or the charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
