Obituary of Ruthe Elizabeth Bolser

The death of Ruthe Elizabeth Bolser, wife of the late Rev. Maxwell V. Bolser, occurred on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at her residence. Born on October 10, 1912 in Mount Hope, NB, she was the daughter of the late Willis A. and Ella M. (MacLean) Grant; Mother to Elizabeth Brewer; Nana to Ann, Beth, and Rachel and Aunt to Ron and Colleen Grant. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Bolser was predeceased by her brothers John, Clarence and Allan Grant, and her sisters Harriet Minue and Helen Trafton. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, (634-7424), where the family will receive visitors from on Monday 2 - 4 pm and 7 - 9 PM. The Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 2:00 PM. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rev. M. V. Bolser Scholarship Fund in care of Calvary Baptist Church, 845 Regent Street, Fredericton, NB E3B 3Y6, or to the Beulah Campgrounds, 229 Beulah Road, Brown’s Flat, NB E5M 2R6.
