Obituary of Doris Madeline Burchill

BURCHILL, Doris Madeline- Doris Burchill of Saint John, wife of the late Chestley Burchill, passed away on May 31, 2011, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born at Hartland, NB on October 24, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Flora (Belyea) McLennan. She is survived by daughters Enola Vaillancourt (Larry) and Gail Bustin (David), sister Elta Seeley, grandchildren Heather McCarron, Travis Vaillancourt, Amanda Vaillancourt, Laura Bustin, Perry Bustin, great-grandchildren Kennedy and Peyton, and close friend Tab McGuire. In addition to her parents and husband, Doris was pre-deceased by her sister Mable Seeley, step-mother Alice McLennan, brother Donald McLennan, as well as her first husband, Perley Orser. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 3rd, at 10:00 am from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Hartland.
