Obituary of Frances Elizabeth Macpherson

Frances Elizabeth “Libby” Macpherson of Saint John passed away peacefully at the Carleton Kirk Lodge on Friday, February 20th, 2009, at the age of 89, after a long illness. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred, loving daughter of the late Kenneth and Margaret (Craft) Storey, and sister of the late Robert. Mother to Colin and Linda (MacPherson), and aunt to Deborah. Loved by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nephew. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), on Monday at 11: 30 AM, to be followed by an informal gathering. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Carleton Kirk Lodge would be appreciated by the family. Sincere thanks to all the staff of Carleton Kirk Nursing Home who so wonderfully cared for Libby in recent years.
