Obituary of Horace Roy Brown

Brown, Horace Roy … The death of Horace Roy Brown occurred on February 16, 2007 at his residence in Saint John, NB. Horace was born in Kingston, Jamaica, the son of the late Jean Knight and the late Fred Leighton. Survived by a common-law spouse, Gail Robinson; five daughters, Tracey Shepherd of Brampton, ON, Andrea and Nicole Brown, both of Cambridge, ON, Sharon Dawyer of Toronto, ON and Geelena Robinson-Brown of Mississauga, ON; one son, Anthony Brown of Cambridge, ON; three step-sons, Treffery Simpson of Brampton, ON, Otis Delaney of Montreal, QC and Arthur Delaney of Mississauga, ON; one sister, Shirley Campbell of Chicago, IL; nephew, Ronald Campbell and niece Karen Blyden, both of Chicago; several grandchildren, great nieces and great nephews. Horace was a member of Local Union 527 in Kitchener … Waterloo, ON for 35 years until his retirement. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, (506) 634-7424. At Horace’s request there will be no visitation and cremation has taken place. The Lord has called Horace Home. He will be sadly missed by loved ones and close friends. May he rest in peace.
