Obituary of Margaret Hilda Clark

The death of Margaret Hilda (O’Blenis) Clark occurred on March 1, 2007 at her residence, the Loch Lomond Villa. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Hartley and Lila Ada O’Blenis. She was a member of the RCL Ladies Auxiliary, Branch #14, and loved to play bingo and cards. Surviving are her daughters Debbie Ann Clark (Joseph McLaughlin) of Chance Harbour, Donna Lee Clark and Linda D. Clark, both of Saint John, her sister Helen Taylor of Montreal, 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Her sister Lila and brothers Clarence and Lloyd predeceased her. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424) with visiting on Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held Monday, at 2:15 pm, from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment at Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
