Obituary of Victoria A. Kierstead

The death of Victoria “Vickie” Agnes Kierstead of Loch Lomond Road, Saint John, occurred on Thursday, September 13, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on November 27, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Duncan and Molly (McWhinney) Loughery. She is survived by three sons, Daryl Cosman (Dee) of Dartmouth, NS, Kevin Cosman (Donna) of Golden Grove and Wayne Cosman of Quispamsis, two grandchildren, Kurtis and Jody Cosman, three sisters, Ruth Bateman of Miramichi City, Rowena Ramsay (Charlie) of Quispamsis and Myrna Troutmen (Lorne) of Toronto, ON, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers, Eldon, Ralph, Raymond and Murray Loughery and two sisters, Gladys Russell and Marguerite Loughery. By request of Vickie there will be no visitation or funeral service. Following cremation, interment will take place at Browns Cemetery, Bains Corner. Remembrances to the charity of the donors’ choice would be appreciated. Arrangements under the direction of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424).
