Obituary of John Nelson Pearson

The death of John Nelson Pearson, husband of the late Doris E. Pearson, occurred of November 1, 2004 at his residence. Born in Hantsport, NS, he was the son of the late William and Lena (Frizzle) Pearson. He was a veteran of WW II. He was a resident of Toronto from 1952 until 2004 and where he was employed with Ontario Hydro before his retirement. He enjoyed reading and playing chess. He is survived by his sister Lillian Woods of Pennfield, NB, his seven nieces and nephews and their families. He was predeceased by his brother George and his sister Isabel Starratt. At his request there will be no visiting or a funeral service in New Brunswick. A graveside committal service will be held on Friday, November 5, 2004, at the Pine Hills Cemetery, Toronto, ON. Local arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), Saint John, New Brunswick.
