Obituary of Ruth Phyllis Davis

The death of Mrs. Ruth Phyllis (Gauvin) Davis, of Saint John, NB, wife of Isadore Davis, occurred on Tuesday. November 12, 2002 at Rocmaura Nursing Home. Born in Cambridge, MA, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Ada (Webber) Gauvin. She is survived by her husband, Isadore "Izzie", her four sons, Richard Davis and Frederick (Barbara) Davis both of Toronto, ON, Glen (Debbie) Davis of Richmond, BC, and Danny (Danielle) Davis of Halifax, NS, one daughter, Sally Karlinsky (Harry) of Richmond, BC, five granddaughters, Ashley, Franny, Jenna, April, and Elizabeth, and two grandsons, Samuel and Eli. She was predeceased by her parents. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2002 at 2:00 PM from Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home Chapel, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506) 634-7424.
