Obituary of William John Siegner

William "John" Siegner passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on February 21, 2015. Born in Stratford, Ontario, on November 4, 1941 and was a son of the late John W. and Mary (Harkin) Siegner. John worked for Canadian Revenue Agency in Saint John for over 30 years. He was an avid sports fan. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them especially his granddaughters and enjoyed the family’s pets. Surviving are his children, Michael Siegner, Halifax; Michele (Eric) Pelletier; brothers, David Siegner (Paula), Saint John; Rick (Gloria) Siegner, Napanee, ON; sister, Marianne (Matt) McIntyre, Barrie, ON; granddaughters, Jessica Pelletier, Gennie Siegner, Callie Siegner and Kara Siegner; several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan’s Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, West Saint John (634-7425) The funeral liturgy will be held from Brenan’s Bay View Chapel on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery, at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.
