Obituary of Adrienne J. Lawlor

LAWLOR-the death of Adrienne J. "Dodie" Lawlor, wife of Laurence D. Lawlor (59 years), occurred unexpectedly at her residence on Friday, May 28, 2010. Mrs. Lawlor was born in Saint John, a daughter of the late Romeo J. and Helen G. (Lawlor) Vincent. She was a member of St. Vincent's High School Alumnae Association and a former member of Thistle-St. Andrew's Curling Club. She was predeceased by her sister, Barbara Woodroffe and her husband, Lloyd Woodroffe. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Terrence V. (Mary Ann) of Saint John, Mark D. (Joanne) of Orleans, Ont., and Richard L. (Yvonne) of Hamilton, Ont.; two daughters, Barbara Pattman of Saint John, and Lynn Laskey (Kevin) of Quispamsis; one special niece, Jennifer Collins (Mike) of Halifax; 12 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Fitzpatrick's Funeral Home, 100 Waterloo St., with visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Church on Tuesday morning at ten o'clock. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
