Obituary of Joseph Medley LeBlanc

LeBlanc, Joseph Medley – The death of Joseph “Medley” LeBlanc of Saint John, NB occurred unexpectedly on Friday, November 12, 2010 at his residence in Saint John. Born on March 14, 1946 in Saint John he was the only son of the late Joseph Medley LeBlanc Sr. and Hannah “Isobel” (Orr) LeBlanc. He was a graduate of both UNB and Dalhousie University and earlier in his life had an active involvement in the arts, especially drama and film, before teaching high school overseas in Hong Kong. Arrangements are entrusted to Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424). By Medley’s request, there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 19 at 2 p.m. at Holy Cross Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Diabetes Society would be greatly appreciated.
