Obituary of Leroy Stanley Middleton

The death of Leroy Stanley Middleton of Saint John, NB, husband of the late Martha Middleton, occurred on Monday, November 22, 2010 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on February 21, 1938, he was the son of the late Roy Middleton and Mildred Moses. Leroy was employed as a welder for the Dry Dock in Saint John for many years, retiring in 1995.He was an avid lover of music and loved to play all instruments, especially the drums. Survived by his daughters, Belinda, Maureena, Misty and Rayleen ; sisters, Audrey, Betty, Roseann and Ruby; brothers, Harold Raymond and Peter; grandchildren, Jody, Jolynda, Shakira, Jordan, Grayson, Carl, Dwanti, Azure, Jahkara, Ramses and Justice; eleven great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife, Leroy was predeceased by his daughter, Leta Middleton and great-grandson, Jahmall. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Crescent Valley Gospel Centre, Somerset Street, Saint John. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, November 25, 2010 at 2:00 PM from the church. Interment to take place in Fernhill Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
