Obituary of Raymond A. MacDonald

The death of Raymond Ashley MacDonald of Saint John, NB, occurred on Monday, July 19, 2010 at his residence. Born at Hammondvale, NB, on July 26, 1935, he was a son of the late James and Eileen (Meehan) MacDonald. Raymond worked as a carpenter for many years. Survived by his sons, David and Steven, both of Saint John; daughter, Debbie MacDonald of Saint John; brothers, Edwin MacDonald (Mary), Leslie MacDonald (Helen) both of Rothesay, NB and James “Junior” MacDonald (Shirley) of Rowley, NB; grandchildren, David and Meghan Lyons, Devon Hosford, Keisha and Malaki Goldsworthy. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, 634-7424, with visiting on Thursday and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at 11:30 AM from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment to take place in Fernhill Cemetery on Monday, July 26, 2010 at 2:00 PM.
