Hubley, Grace Veneita … The death of Grace Veneita Hubley of Saint John, NB, wife of the late Cecil E. Hubley, occurred on Friday, May 2, 2008 at the Turnbull Nursing Home. Born in Saint John on June 24, 1920 a daughter of the late George and Elizabeth “Bessie” (Arsenault) Curwin. Survived by her son, George (Shelley) Hubley of Quispamsis; two granddaughters, Carrie E. (Blennas) Noiles of Saint John and Natalie Anne (Matt) Ling of Wheatley River, PEI; three great-granddaughters, Olivia Grace Ling, and Katia and Taryn Noiles. Predeceased by two brothers, Thomas and Frank Curwin; six sisters, Irene Hayes, Gladys Horgan, Martha Turnbull, Vera Ogden, Rita Wilson and Hazel Curran. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424. Funeral Service was held on Sunday, May 4, 2008 from Brenan’s Chapel. A private family Interment was held in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrnaces may be made to the Arthritis Society or any charity of choice.
