Obituary of Mary Delima LeMoine

The death of Mary Delima (Del) LeMoine, wife of Joseph 'Louis' LeMoine, occurred on May 18, 2003, at the Saint John Regional Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Laurent and Aurolie (Guimond) Vautour. Her passions in life were bingo, playing crib, game shows, gardening and cooking. She was a people person that enjoyed sharing a good joke and loved the time spent playing with her family. Besides her husband she is survived by her son Raymond and his wife Christina of Charter's Settlement, her daughters Patricia (Pat) and her husband Peter Fraser of Saint John, Anita and her husband Bruce Blakeney of Saint John, Donna and her husband George Armstrong of Rothesay, her brothers Julien Vautour of Saint John, Alfred Vautour and his wife Shirley of Saint John, Norman Vautour of Edmonton, AL, her brothers-in-law Cliff White and Bernard Dunn, both of Saint John, her sister Yvonne and her husband Lionel LeBlanc of Saint John, her grandchildren Cheryl (Fraser) Brown, Christopher Fraser, Thomas Blakeney, Andrew LeMoine, Laureen (LeMoine) Foster, her great-grandchildren Robyn Brown, Gordon Brown, Matthew Brown, Mallory Fraser, Austin Fraser, Kaitlyn Foster, and several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Albenie and Lawrence Vautour, her sisters Emelda White and Bertha Dunn and her sisters-in-law Loretta and Theresa Vautour. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Following cremation the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 22, 2003, at 10:00 AM, from St. Peter's Church. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery. Remembrances made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
